Safe Spaces, the free national support service for victims and survivors of church-related abuse, has increased its operational hours under a newly appointed independent provider.
Following the publication of the national report into the church of England’s review into past safeguarding cases, we have today published an executive summary of the review undertaken in our diocese.
Claire Arden has been appointed as the new Assistant Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser following the retirement of Sarah Booth. Claire will work with Hilary and Delia in the safeguarding team, providing safeguarding support and advice across the Diocese.
