Published: 9th October 2024Last Thursday, Oasis UK founder Steve Chalke shared his ‘Manifesto for Hope’ with attendees from churches across the Diocese at an evening event at Top Church. ‘Manifesto for Hope’ sets out 10 principles for transforming the lives of children and young people and their families, and how churches can and should be involved in that.

Connecting with young people in Alvechurch

St Laurence Church in Alvechurch, just outside Redditch, has a group of young people who attend church with their families. The Ministry team has been working with the group to explore ways of helping them feel that it’s their church too, involving them with different ministries.
