There are times when we are all frightened or worried and need to be brave. Having courage helps children to persevere through life’s challenges, and in the process raises their own self-esteem. When children feel good about themselves and see that they have the power to make courageous choices, they are more likely to have satisfying lives.
We as Christians believe that we don’t have to do this alone. We can find our courage and strength in Jesus who will help us through even the most difficult situations.
