About me

I took up my post as Stewardship Officer in January 2017. Previously I was half time Leadership Development Officer and half time Parish Priest in an ‘edge of city village’ in the Diocese of Derby. Prior to this I was City Centre Chaplain in Birmingham and then Workplace Chaplain in Nottingham. Before I was ordained, I worked for Boots for 18 years beginning in Pharmaceutical Marketing and ending in Group Headquarters HR with the mouthful of a job title ‘Career Development Manager for High Fliers’!

I am married with two grown up daughters and like to walk, ski (at least in theory, I haven’t done it for a few years), sail, particularly off Scotland’s West Coast and indulge in trips to the theatre whenever possible.
