Bishop Martin, as Acting Bishop of Worcester, is pleased to announce the appointment of Canon Tim Williams as Rector of The Benefice of Elmley Lovett w Hampton Lovett & Elmbridge w Rushock and Hartlebury and Ombersley w Doverdale (The Worcestershire Severn Parishes).
Tim is currently Team Rector in the Kidderminster West Team and Area Dean for Kidderminster and Stourport Deanery in this diocese. He is married to Mary, who works as a Learning Advocate for Worcestershire County Council, and they have two adult sons and two grandchildren.
Bishop Robert Paterson, Honorary Assistant Bishop in the Diocese will institute Tim as Rector at 4pm on Sunday 9 March at St Andrew‘s Church, Ombersley.
