Online Worship and Ministry

Date: 9th February 2021

Time: 19:00 - 21:00

The shift to include online worship and ministry has been one of the major features of the last year, with very significant impact to our lives and churches. What is appropriate, and what is possible, will vary widely across our contexts – and that is right and proper. This really important event offers a chance to hear from others about practices and principles they have found helpful, and to compare notes with people facing similar issues to our own.

The event will focus both on worship online, and also on the impact on ministry more broadly of our new hybrid context. It will honour the different forms and levels of online engagement appropriate in different contexts. There will be

  • input from the diocesan comms team
  • input from practitioners
  • and plenty of chance for questions and discussion

Importantly, this event is open, not just to clergy, but to all who play an active role in on line worship and/or ministry, or might consider doing so. Do please publicise it accordingly.
