DBE: Teaching Religions other than Christianity Part 1

This 2 day course will look at other religions other that Christianity including Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Humanism, dedicating a half day in each session to each religion.

In this course we will explore:

• key beliefs of different faith beyond festivals
• key resources to explore religious and non-religious beliefs
• common misconceptions
• elements of diversity in religion and non-religious worldviews
• a guide to visiting a place of worship.

This course runs in conjunction with Teaching Religions other than Christianity: Part 2 to be held on Tuesday 14th May 2024.
