DBE: New Headteachers - Welcome and Introduction Day 2

This 2 day course welcomes new headteachers into our family of church schools and provides the opportunities for personal and professional networking, whilst covering the following topics:

• leadership: forming and sharing the school vision
• vision into values: making your church school distinctive
• understanding relationships of key partnerships
• governance of church schools
• sustainability of church schools
• church school land and buildings
• mentor links.
