Transforming Conversations training

This is a course created by 3D Coaching and now under licence to and run in collaboration with the Diocese of Gloucester.

The course starts on the 27th Febriuuray and will run over 5 sessions:

27 February, 28th February, 24th April and 25th April. 9.00am - 5.00pm

3D say that Transforming Conversations is for anyone who:

* wants to have more effective 1-1s

* recognises that they need to have different kinds of conversations with colleagues

* wishes to learn how to coach

Coaching skills are useful in a variety of conversations where we want to nurture and facilitate the development of others. Transforming Conversations will give you confidence in basic coaching skills and open further opportunities if you would like to develop this area of your ministry.

You will need to commit to all four days and to be prepared to give and receive coaching twice on each of the four days. The total cost is around £200. Some funding is available: contact Jonathan Kimber if you might be interested.
