DBE: Effective Leadership Church School For DHTs Day 2 of 4

This 4-day course, for Heads of School, Deputy Heads and Assistant Heads, will enable delegates to reflect on their varied and challenging roles and responsibilities.
In this session delegates will:

• consider the role of the senior leader in depth
• explore leadership practices in a Church of England school through The Church of England document ‘Called, Connected, Committed’ and consider how these can be used practically in their own settings
• explore strategies for driving development at a whole school level, to include effective monitoring and evaluation and impactful feedback.

Day 3 will be held on Thursday 27th April 2023 and Day 4 on Tuesday 13th June 2023
