DBE: Effective Leadership Church School for DHTs Day 1 of 4

This 4-day course, for Heads of School, Deputy Heads and Assistant Heads, will enable delegates to reflect on their varied and challenging roles and responsibilities. In this session delegates will:

• explore the unique context of leading in a Church of England school

• consider a range of authentic and effective leadership models and how they are appropriate in their own roles.

With important time for self reflection and personal leadership development.

Day 2 will be held on Tuesday 31st January, Day 3 on Thursday 27th April and Day 4 on Tuesday 13th June
