Puddings and Prayers

All are welcome to ‘Puddings and Prayers’ at All Saints Church in Evesham on Tuesday 9 December, 5-6.30pm.

Those attending are encouraged to celebrate our different nationalities and backgrounds by bringing along a pudding and talking about how the pudding is made and memories of home. Prayers will be said for each individual and the place where they come from.

The Revd Prajna Pal-Lad, curate at All Saints in Evesham has organised the event. She said: “Our lives are meaningful, and we can find connection with one another when we share food, stories and journeys. In Evesham, we have people from all over the world with stories (and puddings) too wonderful not to share.”

Individuals are welcome to bring along a pudding or a Christmas bake that reminds them of their home or childhood or simply come along and enjoy the evening!

Puddings and Prayers will wrap up a weekend of national initiatives organised by Together with Refugees from 5-7 December. Come along to All Saints Church on Tuesday 9 December, 5-6.30pm.
