DBE: Being a Clergy Ex-Officio or Bishop’s Representative

This session will look at the unique role of the clergy Ex-officio or approved Bishop’s Representative on the governing board of a church school. We will review their responsibilities and provide an nderstanding of their position within the governing board and how it relates to other key stakeholders within the school. Additionally, this session offers an opportunity for the Ex-Officio or Bishop’s Representative to explore further ways in which church and school communities can work effectively together. This will include an overview of the Church and School Partnership Award.
