Heritage and Conservation consultancy opportunities at Dudley Top Church – our Grade II* new Resourcing Church.
Top Church Dudley requires extensive conservation repairs to the cast iron windows and exterior stonework and the conservation of the enamelled glass East Window in order to remove it from the Heritage At Risk Register. A successful major bid to the National Lottery Heritage Fund has received a Round 1 pass for £167,000 of Development Phase work to plan for building conservation and an imaginative heritage engagement programme that both reaches out to the people of Dudley and secures a sustainable future for this building.
Consultants are now required for the Development Phase and, where appropriate and if our Round 2 bid succeeds, for the Delivery Phase. Submissions can be made by individuals or teams for any combination of the advertised Briefs.
Upcoming Clergy Vacancies
The Diocese of Worcester is committed to mission in every aspect, seeking to bring the good news of God's love in Jesus to all who live in the cities, towns and villages of our richly diverse diocese, and to make the gospel relevant to their everyday lives.
Every congregation is encouraged to reflect deeply on what the Kingdom of God might look like in their situation and work together to build it. Bishop John has identified love, compassion, justice and freedom as the Kingdom values which set the tone for mission and outreach.
We have clergy vacancies coming up in churches across a wide range of church traditions, made up of people who are ready to engage in transforming their communities, are committed to the Kingdom People vision and are wanting to be open to the work of Holy Spirit. Could you be called to join with them and serve God as a church leader in Worcestershire and the West Midlands?
To find out more about future posts in this mission focussed diocese, contact either of our Archdeacons for an informal chat.
