To encourage, advise and support Christian unity across the Diocese. I particularly work with Ecumenical Officers and leaders from denominations and new churches in Worcestershire and the Black Country, to promote relationships and partnerships in local church networks, mission initiatives and chaplaincies.
For 80% of my working time I am the Chaplain at the Alexandra Hospital, Redditch.
I was ordained in 1994, spending the first 10 years of ministry in the Ripon and Leeds Diocese. Since coming to the Diocese I have been an Ecumenical Officer, firstly combining that with Parish ministry in Worcester, and now with hospital Chaplaincy.
I live in Worcester, with my wife Melanie and we have 3 children. We enjoy walking and cycling whenever possible. I also enjoy playing the odd game of cricket! and travel by every means possible.
