Hope UK is a national, Christian, drug education charity that works to equip young people to make drug-free choices. The charity is looking for volunteers to help them in their work.
Last year, Hope UK equipped professionals across Worcestershire to help protect children and young people in their care from drug-related harms. 60 schools and organisations, including alternative provision for pupils, colleges, youth work providers, family support and foster care agencies, took part in the training.
The work must go on, but the charity is looking for Christians in Worcestershire to take on the baton and volunteer with them as drug educators. The charity will give volunteers OCN-accredited training for free, so that you are equipped to engage with and help young people in your community to live drug-free lives.
Whether you would like to deliver drug prevention activities to children, youth or adults, or prefer to take your training into shopping centres, libraries etc., or into your local church, there is a role for anyone looking to make a difference.
