Wilden All Saints Church of England VC Primary school has been awarded an overall judgement of ‘Excellent’ under the new SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) schedule. They are only one of two schools to have been awarded this judgement in the Diocese of Worcester since the new schedule of inspections started in September 2018.

Headteacher Francesca Fishwick said: “We are delighted that the way we live out our Christian Vision on a daily basis has been recognised in this way.It is the strength of our community of children, staff and governors with the support of our families and friends of the school which makes Wilden a truly special place for us all to learn and grow together.”

Wilden All Saints Church of England VC Primary School will continue to deliver an education designed to meet the needs of their children which fully embraces the school’s rich heritage whilst looking to provide for the future needs of the next generation.Their values led curriculum means that children not only leave Wilden having reached their academic potential but also with a deep understanding of themselves as people in their community and wider society.

Inspector Ann Stone wrote: “The understanding by all stakeholders that the school’s Christian vision and values are lived out daily makes a truly transformational difference to the lives of pupils and adults.”

This excellent SIAMS Inspection outcome further endorses the wonderful work at Wilden alongside their Outstanding Ofsted grade achieved in 2014.
