Parish-based workshops offered to those working with children in the Worcester Diocese.
Who are the workshops for?
Anyone who feels that children have a place within the church. This will not just involve leaders of children's work but also members of PCCs, DCCs, clergy and members of the congregation who are interested in looking at how the church meets the needs of children.
Do I have to do all the workshops?
Absolutely not! Each one will stand completely on its own. You may choose to do just one in an evening, or to combine two or more into a morning/full day session.
Where will they take place?
More or less anywhere. In your church hall/vestry/church/vicar's front room... In fact wherever you usually like to have your church meetings.
How long are the workshops?
Each one lasts around 1½ hours.
So what do I do next..?
Decide which workshop(s) you are interested in (see below for details).
Bearing in mind any minimum number requirements, ask around your parish (or link with a neighbouring one) and get together other interested people.
Between yourselves, agree on a venue and be prepared to offer a few suitable times.
