The Worcester diocesan youth council needs your help!

We are planning many events over the coming months and are looking to extend the variety and volume of work that we do within the diocese.  If you know of any person 14 – 25 who would like to take on this exciting challenge within the diocese please get them to contact us. 

We are a fun loving group who, with the help of the big G O D, are looking at ways to bring youth back into the church, help existing youth groups and provide events that bring the word of god to life in ways that may be different from the norm.  Not only this but we are there for each other to help each and every one of the WDYC to grow in their faith, confidence and skills that they may need in life. This could be anything from any training that we feel we may need to just going to the cinema and socialising. 

In the politics of the church we push for people’s places on PCC, Deanery synod and Diocesan Synod.  We have a seat on the children and youth committee and other links with the board of education.  We work alongside the diocesan youth officer and are on call for any events that may be happening where extra help is needed.
