Vocation or Calling ….What should I do?...
The words vocation and calling are used to cover a wide variety of experiences. All Christians are called to be faithful to God and there is a sense in which we will not be truly content until we have discovered what God wants of us. This might be to do exactly what we are doing now… but it might also involve something which we never seriously considered as a direction for our life.

Collaborative Ministry and Mission
A growing number of parishes around the diocese are experimenting with new forms of mission in which clergy and laity seek to work together to fulfil their mission. Often this will include developing a team that will help lead the development of worship, the provision of pastoral care and ways of reaching out into the community with the good news of Jesus Christ. If you would like help in selecting a team, in training and development, in commissioning a team and parish and in ongoing support, then contact Stephen Winter by email
swinter@cofe-worcester.org.uk or Tel: 01905 732 812 to have an initial conversation.

They are part of the nationally recognised and accredited ministry of the Church of England.
