Ideas sought for commemorating the centenary of World War 1

The Mayor of Worcester is seeking ideas from churches in the parishes of Worcestershire to commemorate the centenary of the outbreak of World War 1 in 2014.
The Mayor, Cllr Dr David Tubbitt is chairing a small committee of representatives from veterans associations, tourist organisations, the University, community groups, local authorities and others.
They are also canvassing the opinions of the public via a suggestion box in the Guildhall. Alternatively, people can post their suggestions to the Mayor's Office at the address below:
