The Alpha Course

Is there more to life than this?

Alpha Course - What am I doing here?

Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explore the basics of the Christian faith.

Alpha is open to everyone but it has proven especially popular with those who would like to explore their own views and questions but who might not feel ready to commit to church. There is always a good welcome but never any jargon or pressure.

The Alpha Course in the Diocese of Worcester

As well as running local Alpha courses periodically across the area (see uk.alpha.org/find-a-course to find a course near you), the Diocese of Worcester has run central Alpha courses.

The aim of these is to increase the options for individuals wanting to access Alpha, as well as making it possible for groups from surrounding communities to plug into a bigger course.

Please email alpha@cofe-worcester.org.uk for more information or to find out when the next course is planned.

Looking to run your own Alpha course?

You might find it useful to speak to churches who have run a course recently. Why not email the Revd David Sherwin in Martley or the Revd Rich Johnson at All Saints, Worcester.
