Africa Task Group - Visit Uganda
A small group will visit Uganda in 2010 - why not join us?
Aim: To follow up previous visits by Bishop Peter and members of the Africa Task Group and to open up opportunities for links between local churches, schools and other groups.
This is an opportunity to travel in a small group with others from the Diocese, some of whom are regular Africa visitors, and to gain a first-hand experience of the church in Uganda. The principal destination will be Rushere in North Ankole Diocese, but a second location will also be included. It is intended that the group will stay with local people. There will also be some ‘relaxation time' probably including a game park visit.
Date: probably early February 2010 for 14 days.
Cost: between £750 and £1,000
