Vice Chair and Upton representative - Sue Fitzjohn
Sue is currently head of St John's CE First School in Kidderminster working closely with the St John the Baptist Parish Church. Her curriculum passions are RE and Environmental Education and Sustainable Development.
For twelve years she was an executive member of the Professional Council for RE and the chair for three years. During that time Sue was privileged to represent the council on several other national religious education organisations.
Sue has served on the Worcestershire SACRE as a co-opted representative of Primary Schools and more recently as a Diocesan representative. She is vice chair of the DBE and a member of the Schools Committee. Sue is a trained Church school inspector and as such has found it both interesting and a joy to inspect Church schools in the diocese.
Sue and her husband Peter are active members of their parish church, St Mary's Kempsey where Peter is a Reader. They are very proud of their son and married daughter and have two delightful granddaughters.
