Children's Work
Work with children (aged 0-12 years) within parishes across the diocese is supported by Emma Pettifer, the Children's Officer.

If you as a parish are thinking about employing someone to work with children, please do contact our Emma for guidance. The Diocese is a member of Amaze, the Association of Christian Youth and Children's workers and has also joined the We Love Our Youth Worker Charter which seeks to encourage churches to get the best out of Children's, Youth and Community workers by ensuring they are employed and managed correctly. As employment is a specialist area we strongly encourage you to use the support we and Amaze can offer.
