This support is offered in a variety of ways. If you have any questions or queries about working with young people in your parish please do get in touch with her. She would be happy to speak with you or come out to visit your parish and give you some guidance.
If you as a parish are thinking about employing someone to work with young people, please do contact Sarah for guidance. The Diocese is a member of Amaze, the Association of Christian Youth and Children's workers and has also joined the We Love Our Youth Worker Charter which seeks to encourage churches to get the best out of Children's, Youth and Community workers by ensuring they are employed and managed correctly. As employment is a specialist area we strongly encourage you to use the support we and Amaze can offer.
